Limitations & Exceptions

Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users can cancel at any time, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Non-Transferable Refunds

Refunds are non-transferable between users. The original requester is the sole beneficiary of the refunded amount.

Outside Platform

Refunds are applicable only for transactions made on the Ubayog website/app. Refunds are not applicable for deals/payments outside the website/app or in-person deals.
