Ubayog is designed to connect individuals, businesses, institutions, professionals, and organizations by enabling them to discover, list, rent, lease, sell, share, collaborate, and utilize underutilized resources through a secure technology platform.

By accessing or using the Ubayog website, mobile applications, APIs, software, AI services, or any related products or services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

Text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, descriptions, documents, ratings, reviews, communications, AI-generated outputs, and all other information available through the Platform.

Any resource, service, opportunity, product, property, equipment, machinery, asset, partnership opportunity, or business opportunity published on Ubayog.

A person or organization that creates or manages one or more listings.

The digital platform provided by Ubayog for connecting users.

Any tangible or intangible asset made available through the Platform including personal assets, agricultural assets, machinery, real estate, professional services, knowledge services, digital assets, or opportunities.

Any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.

Identity, business, ownership, document, or listing verification performed by Ubayog or authorized partners.

The AI-powered digital assistant developed by Ubayog for helping users navigate, discover, list, and manage resources.

To use the Platform, you must:

Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days.

If a dispute is not resolved through good-faith discussions, either party may propose mediation before commencing arbitration, where legally permissible.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.

Ubayog may assign or transfer its rights or obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, Listing Policies, AI Policies, and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Ubayog regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.

The following provisions shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms to the extent necessary:
